Elmo Live

My friend Sandy and I took Mia and her son Braden to see Elmo and his friends.  It was a really cute show and the kids really liked it!

I was trying to get a picture of her looking at the camera smiling.  The following pictures will tell you how that went!

Mia's 2nd Birthday!

Our little girl is 2!  I can't believe how fast the time has gone.  Here is our baby girl!  On her actual birthday, we went to Tony's to get pizza with my mamo, papo, and Uncle Dane.  After dinner, we had cupcakes at mamo and papo's. 

This is serious business!

Good stuff!

The best part of the entire night was when Mia opened her present from mamo and papo.  They got her an entire bag of smarties ( the only candy she really likes).  I think her face says it all!

For her party, we did a "Ninnie Mouse" theme birthday party.  She loves Mickey and Minnie.  Here are a few pictures for the big day.

She got a Minnie beach towel and swim suit from Jenny, Paul and the girls.  Here she is looking at the towel. 

Since she has been in a big girl bed, naps have not gone so well.  So, she did not get a nap  in on her party day.  Here is she, waiting to be sung to, trying to stay awake.
